Rosseau Lake College offers both boarding and day programs, with a student body of approximately 140 students. Average class sizes are small (typically around 12–15 students), encouraging close teacher-student relationships and personalized learning. The campus spans 56 acres in the Muskoka region, internationally known for its lakes and forests.

The school emphasizes academic excellence alongside outdoor experiential learning, taking advantage of the natural lakeside setting. Students participate in a robust outdoor education program as part of their learning, with activities such as hiking, snowboarding, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, and watersports.

RLC alumni include Olympic athletes, film directors, environmental consultants, and award-winning writers, underscoring the school’s commitment to fostering independence, leadership, and community service.
