Under the leadership of Chef Jolene Jacklin, the food service team at RLC provides quality, wholesome meals that reflect the various tastes of a multicultural community.
Chef Jolene designs and creates well-balanced menus on a weekly basis in order to keep the meals fresh and upgraded. Students are offered a wide range of cuisine choices and wherever possible, fresh and local products are used for all meals. A fresh salad, soup, and sandwich bar is offered daily at lunch. Our team takes great pride in the homemade bread and fare prepared daily.
RLC provides three meals a day, operating seven days a week. Sunday mornings are popular—students can order the style of eggs they want and request favourites like grilled cheese sandwiches, French toast, waffles, pastries, and muffins.
Occasions and holidays are celebrated with special meals. Students who have dietary needs, food allergies, or food-related medical conditions are accommodated.
