Alumni & Parent Volunteer Opportunities

As an alumnus, you experienced first-hand what a Rosseau Lake College education can do for you. We look to our alumni volunteers to help shape RLC for future generations. There are lots of ways you can get involved! Alumni volunteers play an invaluable role in everything from recruiting new students, to helping with alumni reunions, lending a hand with campus maintenance at our popular “Work Weekend”, or connecting with recent grads to help navigate their first year of post-secondary education. Whether you are passionate about mentoring students and new grads, admissions and recruitment, helping with alumni programming, or contributing to the upkeep of campus, there are plenty of opportunities for you to stay connected.

The Alumni Association

The Rosseau Lake College Alumni Association is dedicated to fostering a strong and active partnership between the school and its graduates. Association involvement provides opportunities for alumni to engage in strategic school planning efforts and play an important role in the school’s mission.

Whether you were a student in the 70’s and would like to reconnect with classmates or you are a new graduate looking for leadership opportunities to build your resume, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to advocate for RLC. Your career experience and continued commitment to making a difference is vital in the support of Rosseau Lake College. Become an active member of our Alumni Association. Be part of the bridge between the school’s important traditions and the school’s important future.

Join the Executive or become a Committee Member

Members of the Alumni Association may participate in committees that include: Young Alumni Mentorship Committee, Decade Reunions & Event Committees and the Alumni Network Committee.

In the spirit of partnership and service, the RLC Parent Guild acts as an integral body enhancing a positive school community. The Guild is a committee that collaborates with faculty, staff and parents to help coordinate events and activities throughout the year.

If you are looking for a way to become more involved with the school, please consider volunteering to help with our:

  • Welcome Day Orientation for new parents and students

There are several ways to get involved:
