RLC offers an incredible array of sports and activities designed to appeal to all students. Varsity sports are usually offered at the junior and senior level and teams compete against other CAIS (Canadian Association of Independent Schools) schools. We encourage every student to try out of a team — many discover a love for a sport that they may never have considered before. Team work and camaraderie is magical at RLC. We are proud of our victories but also celebrate the lessons learned through our challenges.
